T Shirt Printing Blackburn

Our full-colour Classic T-shirts are produced using direct to garment printing. This technique is perfect for printing photos and graphics which contain special effects such as gradients and overlapping colours. It's also geared towards lower quantities. 

This ringspun pre-shrunk cotton Jersey is knit exclusively of deluxe 30s Softstyle™ yarns, making your t-shirt lightweight yet durable, ideal for supplying staff with branded workwear to help them stand out on the shop floor and at exhibitions. 

Our T-shirts are Euro fit shoulders for a fitted and stylish look. They come in sizes from S to 2XL in a wide array of colours. 

Single or double-sided full-colour printing on the front, back or left chest simply place your design on our template in the area that you want it to appear on the T-Shirt.

Our high-quality t-shirts are made from 100% Combed ringspun cotton except for Light Grey: 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester and Dark Grey: 50% Cotton, 50% Polyester.

• Euro-fit - sleeker fit in shoulder and sleeve. 
• High stitch density for smoother printing surface. 
• Tear-away label. 

Washing Instructions: 

• Machine wash - warm
• Wash inside out with similar colours.
• Only use non-chlorine bleach.
• Tumble dry on a medium setting.
• Do not iron over printed areas
• Do not dry clean.

•    Please supply your artwork as a CMYK PDF
•    Ensure your background is transparent as any background colours remaining on your design will be printed
•    Your design should be supplied at the same size as the printable area, without a bleed. If you wish to print white in your design, please ensure that it is NOT set to overprint.
•    Position your artwork within the artboard according to your required print position. Left chest prints are positioned approximately 100mm from the neckline. Full front and back prints are positioned approximately 10mm from the neckline.
