Well Done To Blackburn Rovers & Accrington Stanley On Promotion

As sponsorship partners to both of our local football clubs, Blackburn Rovers and Accrington Stanley, we are absolutely delighted to see that both of these historic football clubs have now gained promotion in their respective divisions.

Climbed Out Of League 1 At The First Attempt

Blackburn Rovers achieved their goal of climbing out of League 1 at the first attempt by beating Doncaster Rovers 1-0 on Tuesday evening. Urged on by nearly 4,000 travelling supporters Charlie Mulgrew scored with a late header to send the away end into delirium! A great night was had by all. We would like to say well done to the manager, the staff, the players and all the fans for pulling together and ensuring they were promoted with two games left to play.

Accrington Stanley of course were promoted the previous week amid great scenes of joy at the Wham Stadium. Both sides are now looking to win the title, Stanley need just 1 point from their last 2 games to be sure of finishing in top place whereas Rovers are just 1 point behind Wigan Athletic with 2 games to go. What a double that would be if they were to both win the title?!

Sponsorship Board At Both Grounds

Here at Ronset we have strong links to both clubs as we have a sponsorship board at both home grounds as well as printing the programmes for them. We have also sponsored the match ball on occasions. It is great to be involved with these local clubs who are very much part of the fabric of their local communities and we are hoping that we can prove a lucky charm for both clubs once again next season!
